At Burhani YT, we want to make your shopping experience easy and enjoyable. We understand that sometimes things might not go as planned, so we have a clear return and replacement policy to help if you receive a wrong or damaged product. Please note that we do not offer refunds for used items, but we are committed to making things right.

Wrong or Damaged Product

  • Verification: We will ask you to provide proof, like photos of the product. Our team will check this against your order details.
  • Return Process (Wrong Product): If we confirm the issue, we will send you a return shipping label. Please return the incorrect product in its original, unused condition and packaging.
  • Correction: After we inspect the returned item, we will send you the correct product at no extra cost.

Exchanges and Returns

  • Unused Items Only: We accept returns and exchanges if the items are unused, but the shipping cost will be covered by you.
  • Full Refund: You can get a 100% refund if we receive the product in good condition with its original packaging. Refunds take 3-5 business days to process.
  • 24-Hour Notification: Make sure to notify us within 24 hours if you want to return or exchange a product. You can contact us through our official email or WhatsApp.

Order Cancellations

At Burhani YT, we work quickly to process orders, but we understand plans can change, and you may need to cancel.

  • We will not process your order until you confirm it after receiving a message from us.
  • Once the order is confirmed, we cannot accept cancellation requests.

General Terms

  • Products must be returned with all original packaging and any accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging, and all items that came with the product.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns or replacements if the product shows signs of misuse, damage, or modifications by the customer.
  • Replacement product delivery times may vary based on availability and shipping.
  • All items in a single order will be shipped together.
  • Report any incomplete deliveries or incorrect products as soon as you receive them via email or WhatsApp using our contact details.
  • If you do not report issues within 24 hours of delivery, we will consider the products as accepted in their current condition.
  • We are not responsible for damage during delivery through narrow spaces or for delivering above ground floors without elevators.
